On the 4th and 5th of December, CSEA hosted a two-day orientation for new staff members. The event provided a comprehensive overview of the organization's mission, research methodologies, communication strategies, financial procedures, and administrative processes. It also offered a valuable opportunity for the new staff to network with colleagues and gain insights into CSEA's work.
