Abdulfatai works as a Research Associate at CSEA. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. Abdulfatai is currently preparing to defend his PhD thesis in the Department of Economics at the same university.

Prior to joining CSEA, Abdulfatai served as an Assistant Lecturer at Dominican University in Ibadan. He also served as an Assistant Facilitator/Academic Advisor in the University of Ibadan’s Distance Learning Program. He has also worked as an Independent Consultant for The African Politeia Initiative (TAPI) in Abuja.

His areas of specialization include public economics (particularly, domestic resource mobilization) and development economics (which include human capital development, conflicts, and inclusive growth).
