Research Fellow
Obi Paul is a development policy expert with extensive experience in public policy research across various thematic areas, including international trade and investment, health economics, education economics, environmental policy, climate change, and ICT sector policy development. Paul has consulted for organizations such as FCDO, ODI, and ECORYS, and supported strategy development for Nigeria’s AfCFTA implementation. Paul also developed award-winning proposals for the African International Trade and Commerce Research as well as the Centre for Health Economics and Development.
He is currently completing a PhD in Economics and a PGD in Computer Science and holds a B.Sc. in Adult Education with Economics and Statistics, an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Benin,
