CSEA joined participants from other think tanks in West Africa June 8-10, 2014 in Dakar, Senegal for the Think Tank Initiative (TTI) Learning Workshop on Managing Think Tanks for Executive Directors, Administration and Finance Officers participating in the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) think tank initiative.
The objective of the workshop was to enlighten participants on the importance of budgets, how they are developed and some of their key uses. It also provided a platform for the participants to learn how organisations are resourced, different types of costs, how they may be controlled and strategies for promoting sustainability of institutions. Dr. Ebere Uneze and Bamidele Ogundipe participated in this event.
