The Campaign for Tobacco-Free kids organized a technical meeting on tobacco tax policies held on June 22-23, 2017 in London. The meeting outlined and discussed the components of an effective tobacco tax reform as well as how to develop an evidence-base for tobacco tax reform. It also provided a platform for participants to discuss various components of tobacco tax policy campaign.Precious Akanonu participated in the meeting and joined the group presentation on “9 components of an effective tobacco tax policy advocacy campaign”.
