Dr Uche is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Economies of Africa (CSEA). Uche is a trade and technology law consultant with experience across different jurisdictions. She is also a qualified lawyer.
Uche’s expertise is in digitalisation, digital law & policy, international trade law and trade finance. She researches, writes and has published extensively on Artificial Intelligence law, the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Model Law on Electronic Transactions (MLETR), climate change, and digitalisation, including central bank digital currencies (CBDC).
Uche is also a member of the Global Policy Group of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Policy (CAIDP) Europe.
