Non-resident Research Associate
Sixtus is a Research Associate at the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA). He holds a Master’s degree in International Development Studies with a distinction from the University of Portsmouth, UK. He also graduated with a first-class Bachelor’s degree (with honours) in Economics and Management from the same university.
His research interests cut across, human capital development, Aid and trade, poverty reduction and gender studies. As an International Development expert, he is committed to understanding the issues inhibiting the effectiveness of development programs and policies in Sub-Saharan Africa (especially issues relating to education/literacy, unemployment, conflict, corruption, gender inequality, and population dynamics).
