Chioma is the Administrative Officer at CSEA. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu. Her experience cuts across office administration in various sectors.

She previously worked as a Customer Service Officer with Access Bank and a Help Desk Officer with SURE-P( Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Program). She also worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer on the Research on Improved Systems of Education ( RISE) projects in Nigeria and also as a Field Officer on the School Based Management Committee ( SBMC) for RISE project in Enugu State.
